📢 NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING
Please note that the Deniliquin Business Chamber’s normal Member Meeting, which was scheduled to take place the week before, will not go ahead. This Special General Meeting will be held instead.
Deniliquin Business Chamber Inc members are advised that a Special General Meeting will be held to consider and vote on a proposed new Constitution for the Chamber.

The Special Resolution proposes that Deniliquin Business Chamber Inc adopt the proposed new Constitution dated September 2026, replacing the existing Constitution in its entirety.
The proposed Constitution is available for members to review prior to the meeting:
For the Special Resolution to pass, at least 75% of valid votes cast by members entitled to vote must be in favour.
The Special General Meeting will formally close following consideration of the resolution. The Chamber’s regular quarterly Open Committee Meeting will then commence, with members and guests welcome to remain.
We encourage all members to review the proposed Constitution and attend the meeting.
