Spirit of the Ute Muster Display in the CBD

The region’s biggest party is in full swing as the Conargo Plains come alive for the Deniliquin Ute Muster! Ute enthusiasts, music lovers, and everyone in between have begun flocking to Deniliquin, transforming our vibrant town into a hub of excitement and celebration.

Visitor numbers have surged this week, especially with the recent Spirit of the Muster event in the Deniliquin CBD, which ignited the local atmosphere and brought the community together. This special event was made possible through the partnership of the Deni Ute Muster, Deniliquin Business Chamber, and Edward River Council.

On Wednesday, ute owners proudly showcased their vehicles in the Deniliquin Waring Garden, where around 30 stunning utes—from classic Ford F-100s to iconic Holden Maloos and even unique Suzuki Mighty Boys—took center stage. Attendees were treated to a nostalgic journey through automotive history, with vehicles spanning nearly 80 years on display. The passion and dedication of the owners were evident, as many took the time to share their stories and pride in their prized utes.

As the Spirit of the Muster event wrapped up, excitement reached a peak with the announcement of the winner of the Edward River Council’s Spend & Win Competition. Tammy King from Melbourne took home the $300 Deni Ute Muster merchandise prize pack, having earned her entry by supporting local businesses throughout the competition period.

With the Ute Muster weekend just around the corner, we encourage everyone to continue joining in the festivities. Whether you’re a long-time fan of utes or a newcomer looking to enjoy an unforgettable experience, this weekend promises a celebration of community spirit, music, and the iconic Australian ute culture.

Let’s keep the energy alive—see you at the Deniliquin Ute Muster!
